(TIML NEWS) Sweetie Pie’s owner Tim Norman has been arrested and charged by the feds with conspiring to murder his nephew in exchange for insurance money, TIML News has learned.

Tim was arrested and is currently being held in the Madison County Detention Center for the 2016 murder of his nephew Andre Montgomery. 

According to the indictment, Tim and Terica Ellis and a few others allegedly conspired to commit a murder-for-hire plot against Norman’s nephew. Federal authorities claim that in 2014, Norman obtained a $450,000 life insurance policy on his 18-year-old nephew, Andre Montogmery. Norman was the sole beneficiary of the policy.

In 2014, Tim obtained a $450,000 life insurance policy on his 18-year-old nephew, Andre Montgomery, on which Tim was the sole beneficiary. In the days leading up to Montgomery’s murder, Terica, an exotic dancer residing in Memphis, Tennessee, communicated with Montgomery and informed him that she was planning to be in St. Louis. 

The day before Andre’s murder, Tim flew to St. Louis, Missouri from his home in Los Angeles, California. Feds believe he did this, to avoid suspicion.

On the day Andre was killed, Tim and Terica allegedly communicated using burner phones activated that day. Terica also allegedly used the burner phone to communicate with Andre and learn his physical location. Immediately after learning Andre’s location, Terica allegedly placed a call to Tim. 

On March 14, 2016, at approximately 8:02 p.m., Andre Montgomery was killed by gunfire at 3964 Natural Bridge Avenue in the City of St. Louis. Terica’s phone location information places her in the vicinity of the murder at time of the homicide. Immediately following Amdre’s murder, Terica placed a call to Tim Norman, and then began traveling to Memphis, Tennessee.
