(TIML NEWS) Sad news folks…TMZ is reporting that Kim Porter, a model, actress, and former longtime girlfriend of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, with whom Porter had three children, was found dead on Thursday. She was just 47 years old.

A representative for Diddy confirmed Porter’s death to the gossip news site.

“I ask that you give the families privacy at this time,” said Cindi Berger.

A source told TMZ Porter had been fighting a bout of pneumonia for the past several weeks. A 911 dispatch call to Porter’s home, which was shared by the site, had emergency personnel responding to a patient with cardiac arrest.

Porter is survived by her four children: sons Quincy Brown (27), whom she shared with rapper/singer Al B. Sure, and Christian Combs (19); and twin girls Jessie James Combs and D’Lila Star Combs (11).
