(TIML NEWS) Meet Guo Wengui, an exiled Chinese billionaire who lives in a $68 million (he says $82 million) apartment overlooking Central Park.

After a warrant was issued for his arrest in China, but the country doesn’t have extradition treaty with the U.S., so he fled. Wengui now takes to YouTube and Twitter, making corruption allegations against top Chinese officials.
