(TIML NEWS) Hate him or love him Charlamagne The God always keeps it 100 (Real)  Chanel West Coast is best known for her appearances on MTV, but she’s also a rapper… who has a record deal with Lil Wayne’s Young Money label. Despite dropping a slew of material, she has struggled with being respected as an artist.

During a recent episode of Ridiculousness, Chanel got into a heated exchange with special guest Charlamagne Tha God after he called her music wack.

“I told her she was a wack rapper. Y’all ever heard her rap? Okay, good for the people who said no,” Charlamagne said, which seemed to get under her skin.

Chanel went on to point out that Lil Wayne co-signed her, while firing off her list of song collaborations, including French Montana, YG, Ty Dolla $ign and Snoop Dogg. “You don’t know my musical track record bro. Sorry. He don’t know my motherf*cking musical track record, so get familiar,” Chanel said to him in response. lol Side note her music to us at (TIML) think its kinda weak lol

 

Sure, Chanel is definitely on her grind, but being co-signed by Weezy and/or being able to collaborate with other artists isn’t an indication of quality music.
